My partner and I had an amazing experience today! We walked the exhibit twice, and noted that all of the pieces were accessible and made so that he had no trouble maneuvering with his cane. We especially loved the two birds they had, one parrot and one macaw. David, the animal whisperer who helped us, was phenomenal and answered all of our questions as best he could. He made us feel welcome and immersed in our visit. We have both a mobility disability and a language barrier as my partner uses sign language and not once was a question directed to me rather than him, nor were any of the exhibits off limits to him. The staff were all wearing masks as well. In all, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Thank you so much to the whole staff and all the wonderful animals!
What a wonderful place! The staff is so friendly and they were great with my kids. The variety and amount of interaction with the animals/aquatic life is absolutely more than worth the amount. The facility was clean and well managed. So happy we attended!
I haven’t been to this place since Covid. It was so fun to come back! They have changed some things. They don’t do the Bird show anymore, but you can still interact with the birds. They now have a miniature horse that’s super cute. They also have a cute potbelly pig. This time I decided to do the fish pedicure. It was a lot of fun and definitely a different experience. If you are easily ticklish, I would probably not recommend it. Captain Jake was awesome. He was super helpful when we needed tokens or wanted to know information. My kids loved feeding the parakeet’s. We will definitely be back!
We had so much fun here more than I expected out of a mall aquarium setup but it's much larger inside. We paid extra for the sloth, birds, and cat encounters but it was super cool and so worth it. They do take a lot of safety and comfortability measures for the animals which I actually appreciated that they didn't want to stress them out if they didn't want to show off. The staff was super sweet and the tour guide in each encounter was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we were completely happy with everything definitely recommend this to anyone!
Had a great experience here! Tons of hands on interaction available with almost every exhibit there! We purchased tokens to buy food to feed lots of different animals there or do an experience (like going into the bird room and having dozens of birds fly down and eat right out of your hands!). Definitely recommend buying tokens. Even without tokens you can still touch and interact with a lot of animals though. Liz was super helpful and kind. She answered all our questions and told us interesting facts. We will definitely be visiting again!
