Rachelle was the most amazing waitress! She takes care of us every single time and is always so patient. Always checks in on us and never lets out drinks get empty. We absolutely adore her!
I had come here in a sad frame of mind, and was desperately trying to enjoy something about the day. My server, Cassie instantly made me feel better. She was very friendly and attentive. I also liked how she'd made her hair and makeup look nice. She was well put together. I had the chicken and shrimp, and it was amazing. They handled my pickiness well too ;p sorry guys. I had the brownie and ice cream for dessert, and it was delicious. I definitely would go again, and if I could have Cassie again, that'd be a big plus.
I am not sure why but I have not eaten at Applebee's for probably 7 years. I had even forgotten that it was there but I was super happy with the service and food most of it anyway. I didn't love the Mac & Cheese but the waitress did warn me it wasn't great. I should have listened but the rest if my food was great and again you couldn't be the service. I'll definitely go back.
Our second time dining on at Applebee's in Layton and twice have been impressed with the service. Rachelle was our server and she was polite, attentive, and personable. In a time when great service is difficult to find, we have been impressed both times. Dr. Carlyle Rogers
Love the food at Applebee's but I do not recommend "To-Go" orders. I work right around the corner and have ordered To-Go several times. Either the order isn't ready at the scheduled time and you wait for up to 30 minutes. Or you get there and the order has been sitting and the food is cold. If you want a good meal, go to Applebee's, but eat in the restaurant or you are bound to be disappointed.
