They have definitely improved since our last visit. It was nice to have someone bring a bottle of ketchup over to the table. Staff seems much friendlier than before. It was nice to be able to leave a nice tip for good service. Glad to see good service returning to businesses like it use to be. Keep up the good work.
Stopped here on a whim for lunch today and was really happy with the experience. I've never been to England, so can't speak to the authenticity, but the food was really good! It seemed like they used quality ingredients and the taste reflected that. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
Today is pie and beer day (pioneer days) in Utah. So we went to Little Taste of Britain for pie. I forgot about the beer they do have Mug Root Beer on tap, and bottled English root beer in a case. But we didn't get that. We did get shepherd's pie and steak and liver pie. The shepherd's pie was delicious except for it was very small portion same with the other pie. The steak and liver pie my gal said it needed more gravy. We also got fish and chips and My Gal said they were divine. The fish was juicy and very tasty. I also got a sausage roll oh, but this time the sausage was very dry and the pastry around it was very soggy with grease. Then for dessert she got this chocolate thing that she got the last one. But it was delicious. I got pineapple fritter oh, but I didn't like it, it was just a piece of pineapple fried with batter. But every time we've gone there something that we ate always made us love the place.
Good fish and chips. They have other dishes too. You pay up front before you get your meals. They have table and chairs and booths for you to sit at. They also have dolls and info about the royalty of England. The bathrooms were clean. They have some bakery items and a small store where you can pick up items to buy.
Finally got to try this place. It did not disappoint! We both got the basket. It was just enough to feel full. Just the right crisp and not overly greasy. I will even go as far as to say I enjoyed this better than the local renowned fish food truck. We will be back to try the sausage rolls and shepherd's pie. I will also give 5 stars for having a TARDIS ????
