I have a feeling it's just this location that was not the best. I normally love pizza hut. We got a deep dish ham, pineapple, and red onion with extra sauce. The dough was very oily and there was hardly any sauce. There was barely any seasoning on the crust. I won't be going to pizza hut for another year after this experience. They use to have really great deep dish many years ago and you could sit down. Now it's gone the way of what feels like quick and cheap.
Our pizza was extra good last night! Perfect amount of sauce and toppings. I know that one person was there working alone and he did an excellent job!
If I could give a lower review I would. Absolutely horrible service! We called to redeem a credit we were given on our last order because they messed up our address...and the girl who answered the phone was sort of unfriendly and didn't seem very eager to assist us. She then placed me on hold without warning for 12 minutes. We hung up the phone and called back and waited another 10 minutes just for them to answer the phone! Needless to say, if you want hot, fresh pizza in a timely manner, delivered to the correct address...this is NOT the pizza hut to get it from!!! ???? ????????????
So disappointed with our order. I use to love Pizza Hut but they have really gone downhill. I finally talked my wife into trying them again, because she was not a fan, and unfortunately l'm not to going to try and talk her into it again. We got the Epic Box and it was far from epic. The pizza was ok, other then it tasted like they have changed their sauce. The sauce was so thin that you could barely taste it. The cheese bread was so dry and over cooked that no one would eat it, so we just threw it away. The Buffalo wings came as honey BBQ instead of Buffalo and were by far the worse things ordered. They were more like really bad chicken nuggets then wings. They were over breaded with small amounts of dry meat with only a small amount of sauce dropped on the center 3 "wings" and nothing on the other bread nuggets. I think it will be quite awhile until we will want to try Pizza Hut again.
Fix your online ordering or your app. It took way too long to complete my order through the app. My first order was rejected because the store was out of Alfredo Chicken Pasta and I thought "no big deal." My next attempt was rejected because the store was out of hand-tossed pizza. Finally, our order was accepted after putting in payment information 3 times and constantly re-doing our order until we picked things that were still available at the store. What normally takes 5 minutes was more like 20! We were pleasantly surprised that the projected 85-95 minutes was inaccurate, food was actually delivered about 35 minutes after order, so that was good, but also wildly inaccurate. The food was fantastic, so kudos there, the pizza was as good as expected.
