Went to place an order for delivery and it's now telling me they won't deliver to my house. Not sure when that changed that as my house is less than 3 miles from the store and I placed an order about 4 months ago give or take. I didn't want to go pick it up but chose to do so. The online tracker instantly tells me the order is being processed and it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. I leave the house just before it is estimated being ready (though the tracker is still saying that it is getting ready). When I get there I waited ten minutes after it's estimated time to see if it would tell me it is ready but it never does. I went in to find out if it was ready or not and get told it won't even get put in the oven for another 15 min. The reason they gave was lack of cooks. I believe that the tracker should have been updated with this info. (not necessarily the reason but that the time will take longer). I also asked when the stopped delivering to my house and was told if I called to place an order they would then deliver. Though there is a work around for the delivery aspect, this isn't something I want to do
Waited an hour after ordering to call and ask for an update. Waited just about 40 minutes before hanging up. In that 40 minutes I was able to find something else to order for my family, place an order, and had food arrive. It's now been over 2 hours and I have heard nothing from the store and the status has not been updated. Seeing a lot of these reviews before hand I was unsure but seems to be a consistent issue.
I ordered a pizza at 9:07 pm and I was notified of the possible 86 minute wait I was like you should’ve told me before but oh well I’ll wait. At 10:47pm my wife decided to call since out pizza was out of the oven at 10:05 pm. The manager explained it was a busy night and she only had one driver. She then said I can cancel your order and refund it, I can take it out as soon as I can, or I can switch it to carry out and take out the delivery fee. My wife asked how much longer it would take and she said I have no way of knowing. So we figured we already bought it might as well wait it’s literally 11:40 pm and Still no pizza and I’m ready to just go to bed DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE DURING THE WEEKEND IT WILL BE HORRIBLE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
Great location! Super friendly staff, they answer their phones quickly (even on busy days), and they always do a great job with our pizzas. They are quick and efficient—much better than other locations!
For the most part five stars on every order from quality all the way to delivery. There’s a few times they forget things but they always make it right when I contact them. People in the store are extremely friendly when you go in for carry out. The delivery drivers seriously are amazing.
