Update. Haven't been here in over a year. Started having issues with orders not being correct or even entered. Long wait time on phone and calls not taken in order. Pizza also was burned a couple times. ---- ---- ---- This pizza location is become the go to pizza stop from my family. While their pizza doesn't cost more than papa Murphy's which to say is it is quite inexpensive it is incredibly delicious and the deals they have going make it so it is quite affordable. Also be sure to try their brownie as it is incredibly delicious.
The pizza quality varies for us. One day it's great, the next day the crust is a little rubbery--and we always get the same thing. If you sign up for their email promotions you'll get a survey to fill out about your visit. If you complete that survey you get free cheesy bread at your next visit (5.99 value). The cheesy bread is great, so if you don't take advantage of that you're missing out. Honestly, we probably wouldn't go here as much if it weren't for the free bread and the fact that it's close to us.
First time trying it. To me, it is very similar to Domino's, but more expensive. Another mass produced pizza place. They screwed up my order first of all. A big downfall is again another place using cornmeal with the crust, which is nasty. Overall it's a 2.5. I would not buy again.
Surprisingly the pizza was very good. All of the tables were covered in filth (I found this quite comical since they made a huge deal about us not wearing a mask in to sit at a table),after asking for someone to clean a table for us we could hear them complaining about the request in the kitchen. No one in the kitchen wore hair nets or gloves. Multiple workers have been on their personal phones and have been pulling their masks down and readjusting them. Marcos pizza is good but we will not be back to this one.
Worst customer service I have ever had. The manager Norman should not be in a customer service role. He would not accept my Wasatch Savings coupon which is an official coupon that is decided on by both the owners/managers and Wasatch savings. Norman would not accept the coupon and was acting like I was a criminal trying to cheat him because I had a COUPON! Aside from the pretty decent pizza. I think hungry Howies right up the street is better than Marcos.
