Normally our experience with Buffalo wild wings elsewhere has been a good experience. Good food, but service here was horrible! Our server showed up once, took our order and didn't fill drinks or even give us our check for the rest of our visit. We saw our server kneeling at a table hanging out with her friends that were visiting and we couldn't get her attention. I finally went to the front desk and asked for our check and mentioned our server wasn't interested In filling our beverages or checking in to see if we were ready for our check. I mentioned to the front desk that our service was disappointing and I know they could do better, and the front desk cashier was not professional. She smirked at me and tried not to laugh and on the way out she was laughing at my wife until she decided to glare at her. I understand we are in weird times, I get that there's difficulty filling restaurant positions, but the banner outside said "now hiring at $15/hour!" If you want that much an hour, prove to me your staff is worth that much. We love Buffalo Wild wings, it's where my step-son wanted to go for his birthday. It's too bad our complaints weren't taken seriously or that our server was unprofessional. We won't be coming back to Layton UT Buffalo Wild Wings. Disappointing...
Buffalo Wild Wings is my weekly go to for good wings and good people. I go with a couple friends every week just to wind down and get ready for the week to come. It has become a bit of a tradition to go every Monday or Tuesday of the week. Whether it's busy or completely empty we always get great service. That is all because of one great server, Carter. Carter has consistently been the best server we've had at Buffalo Wild Wings and I know he will continue to be. If its Monday or Tuesday he'll be there ready to kick it and deliver outstanding service. Carter will give you his honest opinion on any food item on the menu, including sauces. His friendly demeanor and great working attitude keep bringing me back every week. If you go to this Bdubs make sure its on Monday or Tuesday and ask for Carter. Otherwise, food is great and so is the restaurant itself. Very clean interior, place is noticeably well kept. There are plenty of options to pick from and new items get added fairly often. Love the place!
I’ve been here a few times, but I stopped in tonight. It may have been slow at times, but our server made up for that. Carter, if you’re reading this, you were phenomenal. You were very animated and entertaining! If you’re still working here when I come back, I want you personally. I’d tip you more if I had more money in my pocket.
