I simply cannot get an order to work properly on their broken website. None of their Offers work properly. Choosing the 14 Tenders Family Meal leads me to a broken page where there's no spiciness options to select, so it will not let me continue. If I select "Free Large Side with purchase of a Family Meal", it shows that coupon in the cart along with my family meal and side, but it's still charging me for the side in the total. WHY?! It's dangerous to give money to a company online if their website and payment tools don't work. If they can't handle simple stuff like this, how can I trust that they will handle credit card data responsibly instead of leaking it? Amateur website failure is always a warning sign, especially from a large company THAT SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS RIGHT! Beware! Don't give your credit card info to a broken website! You don't know what else is poorly written.
First time here for the family. The chicken sandwich is wonderful. We were split 50/50 over who loved this place. They were really busy while we were there but got is thru pretty fast. We will be back.
The sandwich is worth ALL of the hype. The fried chicken is an institution. The red beans and rice is the best side dish you can get in any fast food setting. If you get the sweet tea, completely fill the cup with ice because it is SWEET. Update: If someone places an online order and you don't have the chicken available, a call would be nice so that I don't have to drive the 30 minutes round trip just to be told that my order can't be filled. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks.
