Ordered a sandwich for pickup today. Sandwich was made and ready to go when I arrived. Sandwich was good, like always. So I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half ( not done), asked for extra napkins and mayo packets ( neither was in the bad) While this is minor, it does say very clearly these things were requested. This is not the first time it has happened. I know the guys and gals are looking at the item as they are creating the sandwich. Please, please make sure you also take time to cut sandwich when requested, and put those condiments or napkins in the bag too.
Jimmy John's is great and one of the only places that is till open late in the day, which is actually hard to find around here.
Love this location. I accidentally put in the wrong address and they still sent out a new order for me. Great customer service and so polite even though the mixup was on my end. Definitely recommend them!
Ordered online for "asap" delivery. Confirmation email said my order would be delivered tomorrow. I called to confirm my order would be delivered tonight. It was confirmed my sandwiches "were being made right now." 35 minutes later, I called back to see if I could just pick it up. Was transferred to someone else who said" I have your order. I just have to get gas first." It took 28 minutes from the "out for delivery" notice and my food arriving. I'm 5 minutes from this location with a gas station right next to my house. Requested napkins with every sandwich in the "customize" tab, received 2 napkins for 3 sandwiches. Requested mustard packets, didn't get any. In total, it took an hour to get my delivery and it was incomplete.
